Every yoga teacher has their own style, so whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned pro, come and try a new class of Hatha Yoga strengthening and relaxation.

What is Hatha Yoga?

Hatha is a style of yoga that focuses on balancing the body and mind. Ideal for beginners, it’s easy to follow and allows time to feel the benefits without feeling rushed. As you advance in yoga, Hatha is key for maintaining healthy alignment, flexibility and strength. It’s a perfect mix of conditioning and relaxing!

What should I expect?

Yoga is for every body, every age and every condition. We are all different and the classes will be designed with this in mind, you will be guided through the postures so that you feel comfortable and at ease! Each week we will focus on different goals including balance, flexibility and strength. At the end of every practise we will unwind with gentle meditation.

Is yoga for me?

Yes! Come and give it a go and you’ll surprise yourself. Please bring your own yoga mat or contact in advance to reserve one.
