Music at the Bay - Rob Johnston
To round off the Summer season, and to recover after the excitement of a night of 007 ‘licensed to thrill’ entertainment, come along to hear the amazing talents of contemporary acoustic guitarist Rob Johnston, on the outdoor stage (or inside if weather requires). If you’ve never heard Rob, you’re in for a treat!
Supporting Rob will be three ensembles featuring musicians from Panjazz International; the Panjazz International Steel Orchestra, Bay House Adult Education Steelband and the newly formed Panjazz International Choir. Based at The Bay Community Hub, the steel orchestra has twice won awards at Notting Hill carnival, as well as touring the world, including performances at the 2010 World Cup football finals in Johannesberg.
